Action Plans to Address Negative Proficiencies or Falling Positive Proficiencies

There were no negative proficiencies for the 2009-2010 AYP Status Report.  We actually increased from a negative index the previous two years in special education reading to a positive index.  However, looking at the status report workbook we had negative indexes for 6th and 7th grade special education students in reading.  Although, we have all positive proficiency indexes we do you have a decrease in all but one subgroup over the past three years.
