Lott Middle School's 2015-2016 Teacher of the Year

We would like to congratulate our teacher of the year, Mrs. Evetta Whitfield. Mrs. Whitfield is our 7th grade mathematics teacher. She was chosen by her faculty and staff for this award for her dedication to student success.

It Starts With Me Award 2016

We are proud to announce that our very own, Conner Shepard, has won top place in Mobile County School District's "It Starts With Me Award."

Conner was nominated by our school and selected by a committee at Central Office because he is a leader at our school and in our community who exemplifies the "It Starts With Us" slogan.

Conner will be recognized by receiving an award, having a write-up in the Press Register, and having a video produced of him to be presented at the regalia event on May 5th in Murphy High school's auditorium.

We could not be more proud and happy for him!

Dear Parents and Guardians:

We will not be accepting bus notes for students to ride different busses throughout the school year. All students on a bus must be assigned a seat and on one bus roster only. This will ensure all students safety to and from school and will ensure you they are not on a bus they should not be on with other students. The exception is in joint custody cases only.

Students who usually ride the bus, but may ride a car with a parent or guardian. (NO NOTES NEEDED)

Parents and/or guardians must come to the main office and check students out before 2:00 p.m.

If you have any questions, please see Mr. Golden or Ms. Horton.
